As 2025 draws to a close, I find myself looking back on the last several years and looking ahead to the future. Next year marks Ann Albrecht Consulting’s 5th anniversary, which makes me realize how much my team and I have accomplished on the road to this exciting milestone.
This year in particular has been marked by growth. We have welcomed new staff, onboarded new clients, and logged more hours than ever before. For me personally, much of this year was focused on preparing the company for exciting new opportunities as we look ahead to the next five years. Me and my team expanded our network through industry events, updated our website and marketing strategy, and took a critical look at what tasks our consultants handle each day in order to improve performance and workflows moving forward. I am unbelievably proud of this team, who worked so hard this year to provide top tier care for our clients.
The end of the year can be hectic and often overwhelming. Somehow the days always go by too quickly, and deadlines sneak up at an alarming rate. It can be difficult to balance holiday parties and personal obligations with the pressure to wrap up the year’s work, all while preparing for the year ahead. Each December I try to remind myself, and my staff, to take a step back and find some calm amongst the end of year stress. It’s important to organize your mind as well as your desk, to ask for help when it is needed, and to take the time to appreciate all you have accomplished over the previous year. I know I am proud of the work we’ve done this year at Ann Albrecht Consulting, and I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that next year will bring.
I would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who has helped to make 2025 a successful year – my team and our clients, as well as our friends and family, whose support is vital to everything we do.
Happy Holidays, and I hope you all have a wonderful New Year,
Ann
